My employment journey outside of law enforcement has allowed me to be a Fraud Investigator for Barnett Bank of the Palm Beaches. I was later promoted to Productivity Management Officer where I conducted task analyses of repetitive, high volume tasks to create feedback systems, improve throughput, and monetarily incentivize encoding & lockbox employees.
