MARTIN COUNTY SWIMMING, INC. is a competitive swim club located in Stuart, Florida, primarily serving the Stuart community and surrounding areas. Established over three decades ago with a mission to provide year-round swimming programs for athletes of all ages, it has been contributing significantly to both local and inter-county competitive swimming leagues since 1973. The club competes within the Florida Gold Coast league which includes teams from Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade counties. MART is known for hosting two major swim meets annually in September and January. MART operates as a non-profit organization under the governance of USA Swimming and the Florida Gold Coast Swimming (FGC), supported by dedicated coaches, parents, and Master Swimmers. It aims to foster core values such as work ethic, physical conditioning, mental toughness, goal setting, self-esteem, sportsmanship, and team cooperation among its members.
