Earline has worked for corporate and nonprofit organizations for more than 25 years. She attended the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) where she received both a B.S. in Management Studies (minor in Communications) and an MBA. Marshall provides exceptional development, project management, communication and organizational services to commercial, non-profits, and government agencies. Earline started Marshall a few years ago because she saw a need to provide organizations with extra hands without the expense of hiring a full-time employee. Marshall can save you time and money by helping staff while you find a hire, or working only when you need us. Our goal is to be flexible while maintaining excellent service.
