As founder, president and controlling principal, Bill is ultimately responsible for assuring total customer satisfaction. He focuses primarily on managing the strategic, financial and administrative aspects of individual custom home projects as well as the company’s overall activities. Bill typically chairs weekly progress meetings with customers and key team members to ensure each custom home project is on target, on schedule and on budget. He also maintains ongoing customer contact to make sure every expectation and concern is addressed and resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, and to assure that every homeowner’s new home construction is a very pleasant and rewarding experience from start to finish. “At Maroon Fine Homes we are committed to total customer satisfaction. To achieve that goal, we rely on a business philosophy built on two unwavering principles. He and his wife, Pam, have two grown children, Andrew and Thomas. Recognized as one of Central Florida’s most knowledgeable and detail-oriented construction specialists, Alan brings nearly four decades of construction experience to Maroon Fine Homes. Steve, is a highly skilled construction project manager with extensive experience in every facet of custom home construction. An experienced framing and trim specialist, he went on to establish himself as a well respected residential builder and developer in his home state of Virginia before moving his family to Central Florida. Steve served as a project manager for two other award-winning custom builders before joining Maroon Fine Homes as Senior Project Manager. “I have always enjoyed the process of building a custom home because each project is unique and the end product is much like an individual work of art that reflects each customer’s preferences and individual lifestyle.
