The Flexographic Pre-Press Platemakers Association presented the 2009 Sustainability Achievement Award to Mark/Trece. The award was presented for our use of a paper compactor/baler to control waste by recycling all paper, magazine, and corrugated scrap. The company benefits from fewer waste management pick-ups and we also receive payment for pre-baled bundles. The award was presented at the FPPA 12th Annual Convention in Tucson, Arizona.
