He has operated a seven person real estate appraisal office in Tampa and also owned and operated First Quality Homes, a real estate brokerage firm, in Lutz with a two person team. Mark served as Operations Manager for The Fechtel Company (high end, custom builder of over $1 mil. homes). He worked with the president and all foremen of multiple building projects. He also served as Vice President to Property Momentum and oversaw potential properties from initial analysis to Proformas, including due diligence checklist items. He analyzed multiple residential and townhouse projects to present to equity investors. He also advises investors in foreclosure properties. He is the manager partner for Quick Mortgage Solutions, LLC that specializes in wholesaling residential properties in Tampa. He also served as an assistant chair in C12 (a Christian business roundtable group) advising presidents, CEOs and founders in areas of business, finance, personal and ministry in the marketplace.
