Reliable oscillating shower systems are critical to paper machine performance. Proper oscillation improves cleaning and conditioning for better moisture profile management and enhanced product finish. We provide rapid design and manufacturing services to ensure our new project solutions process for custom rotary unions and swivel joints put our customers at the center of our schedule. Multi-passage rotary unions are used when more than one media are used simultaneously. A multi-passage rotary union provides multiple seals between stationary connections and rotating equipment, such as a drum, index table, clutch, or spindle. A direct steam injection heater provides a cost-effective method to heat water and other fluids by injecting steam directly into the fluid. The direct injection heater is designed to handle a wide range of flow rates and deliver hot fluids at precise temperatures. The first priority of a corrugator steam system is to provide maximum temperature at the liner and medium interface for glue bonding. The ThermoMax system provides maximum steam pressure to the corrugator rolls and two preheater rolls that immediately precede them. Kadant sight flow indicators are engineered to provide visual observation of liquid and gas flows. These pipeline indicators are available with ductile iron or bronze bodies. All glass windows are made of Pyrex® or equal. Kadant Johnson vacuum breakers provide a simple, dependable way to relieve unwanted vacuum which may develop in a closed vessel or pipeline. They can be used to prevent contamination from back siphonage in fluid handling systems, and to protect equipment against collapse or implosion.
