Richard has been the company president since 1974. Primary responsibilities include finance, lease negotiations and capital improvements. Jolene has been with Marilyn Properties since 1983. She is responsible for property management (leasing, property maintenance and rent collections) and real estate brokerage. Orin has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration, and is a Licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida, with nearly 2 decades of experience working on large commercial construction projects. Orin currently provides consulting advice on construction improvements and other projects. We here at Marilyn Properties have been managing our own commercial properties in Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties since 1939.
