MARCUS REALTY, LLC
ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA

Marcus Realty, LLC, is part of the larger Marcus & Associates family tree, making its mark in the world of general contracting based right here in our sunny Hawaii. They've got expert hands on deck for maintenance, repair, renovation, and even getting those new projects up from scratch to meet your every need. Now, if you’re thinking about snagging a property or maybe tweaking an existing mortgage, here’s where it gets interesting: Marcus Realty partners with Honolulu Home Loans. Together they make your dream home financing options a breeze. Let's take a quick spin through time-Marcus & Associates, Inc., was kicked off in 1971 by none other than the real estate wizard, Marcus K. Nishikawa. Starting as just a local residential sales gig around Hawaii, it grew into this incredible full-service real estate agency we know today. The cherry on top? It’s still that personal neighborly company where there are no big franchise flags waving. Instead, they focus on building relationships and offering services you’ll trust with your hard-earned savings. They operate under this heartfelt mission to connect everyone-clients and employees both-to reach their best selves while keeping things professional yet genuinely homey throughout the company. While Marcus & Associates calls Hawaii its playground, Marcus Realty has staked a claim in sunny Florida. Registered with FLAL status, it took its first corporate breath on May 20, 2016, and you can drop by their mailing address at 3848 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, FL for any questions. Leading the charge at Marcus Realty is Joshua Marcus, who rallies a dream team focused singularly on giving you top-notch real estate solutions. It’s teamwork like this that makes them stand out in the Hawaii real estate scene and beyond!
