My function is to maintain & develop all Financial reporting in conformity with GAAP requirements, review all accounting systems and make recommendations on management & job functions, report all tax requirements to Federal, State & City agencies, financing liaison with Banks, and maintain client relations. Review and analyze financial accounts, preparation of Financial Statements. All tax requirements on client’s tax returns and corporate returns are on a computerized system (Lacerte Software). Manage Seniors & Staff Accountants & Office Manager working for my firm. In addition, I am a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor and I have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, QuickBooks (all versions), Lotus 123, and Intuit tax software, and more. The range of clients vary from start-up to over Two Hundred Million Dollars gross sales. I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1992. I have performed all phases of Real Estate Brokerage services, including management of properties. I have represented business clients on purchasing & selling business, purchase new facilities, negotiate leases, appraisals of business and much more.
