Our services include: fabrication, installation, restoration, and maintenance. We receive our stone from distributors who import directly from Italy, France, Spain, Brazil, and Israel. Over the years, we have developed excellent relationships with many local suppliers which in turn means we acquire our stone products quickly and at extremely affordable prices. The available materials for production are a large supply of Marble, Granite, Travertine, Limestone, and Onyx. In addition; we offer Solid Surface Quartz product such as Caesarstone, SileStone, Compac, Pompeii , Vetrazzo and many More. We have the ability to provide a variety of materials and assist in the Design and development of your selections into finished beautiful countertops and stonework. has many years of experience and is dedicated to insure that our clients are completely satisfied and proud of the product we deliver. Our Passion is to provide the quality materials, artisanship, and service our clients have come to expect : Buyer understands that Marblest Marble & Granite, LLC., Hereinafter Seller and its agents and employees are not responsible for existing conditions at the site /location, including but not limited to dents, scratches, chips etc., in existing doors, fixtures, molding and trim. Seller is not responsible for manufacture or shipping delays of any goods or material to be furnished or installed. Unforeseen structural problems upon installation may change amount due pursuant to the agreement. The materials being installed are subject to surface and color variations, and NO GUARANTEE, is made as to the color of the material being provided or installed. will be charged to accounts twenty (20) days past due. In the event Buyer defaults under the terms of this agreement, Buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorneys fees and costs, if the sums due are collected by or through an attorney or any legal action is brought to enforce the terms of this agreement. Our Company will not be liable for any damage that might occur directly or indirectly while handling or moving your personal property in order to effect the terms of this agreement. This agreement does NOT include the costs of any required permits or engineering services. If a permit is required any additional costs for permitting Buyer agrees to pay beyond the amounts noted above. 1. Please ensure the prompt delivery of all under mount sinks; cook top cutout dimensions and faucet specifications to Marblest Marble & Granite, LLC. Directly. Failure to supply the above mentioned information resulting in the incursion of expenses to Marblest Marble & Granite, LLC. Which includes scheduled trips to the job site/location will be further billed on a per hour expense and or may result in a delay of production. Prices on fabrication include tax and templating as per supplied drawings. Tax on materials only. Estimated time from template to install is approximately 7 business days.
