Martin self taught himself blueprint reading, estimating, and business management. He later started bidding and completing small commercial projects, then later, with more knowledge, larger projects. In 1999 Martin Mancini acquired Bonding and started doing School and Municipal projects as a Prime Contractor and became, a well known and respected contractor in his own right throughout the Syracuse and Central New York area. In 2001, after the devastation of the World Trade Center in New York City, Martin took a chance on expanding operations to the state of Florida, where he now resides and has made his main headquarters. In that same year upon his arrival to Florida, he became a major disaster relief contractor under the direction of Phillips & Jordan, Ashbrit Environmental, and D&J Enterprises. Since this time, he has become a major player throughout the United States as a FEMA disaster relief contractor. Mancini Development Corp has completed major projects throughout all areas of the Eastern United States, from New York to Florida, and as far west as Texas. These projects consist of complete site developments for Schools, Municipalities, Industrial, Commercial, Recreational, DOT projects, and Agricultural facilities.
