The Malt Company (India) Pvt. Ltd., originally known as The Malting Company (India) Pvt. Limited, was established in 1970 under the Indian Companies Act. It stands as one of India's largest and most experienced malting companies with over four decades of expertise. Renowned for its premium quality malt products, MCI has earned recognition throughout industries including liquor, health foods, confectionery, and pharmaceuticals. Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction with superior products is a defining aspect of the company. MCI holds the distinction of being the first ISO 9000:2000 certified malting company in India. As a closely held family-owned business by Jains—a lineage dating back seven generations—the enterprise reflects a legacy of tradition and quality. In addition to its significant presence in India, The Malt Company operates on an international level through its Florida entity, headquartered at 16 Glen Cove Drive, Arden, NC 28704. It was incorporated under state law as a Domestic Other Massachusetts Parent Corporation (DOMP) on May 21, 2002, and last reported changes including a name alteration in February 2008. As part of the larger PMV Group, MCI remains family-operated under the leadership of Mr. Vikas Jain. With Robert C. Malt serving as President and Susan Malt as Vice President, the company continues to uphold its commitment to excellence in malt production and industry-wide reliability.
