We want your experiences to SPARKLE so your dance can SHINE on stage!  Graceful. Elegant. Delicate. Exquisite. Statuesque. Poise. These are just a few synonyms we work on during our ballet classes. Moving ever so delicately and gracefully across the floor doing her leaps and turns while learning proper ballet technique. Her exquisite and elegant center work and barre work will give her the proper foundation to become a statuesque and poised ballerina. Hip Hop is a great way for each of our dancers to be creative and add their own style into their dance routine. Both boys and girls will find this fun, up beat, high energy, and age appropriate class and amazing time! While maintaining good structure in the classroom the kids love each and every minute of displaying their own style while making new friends.   WERK IT! Jazz is a great way to have dancers come out of their shell. We have a lot of fun working on basic technique, jumps, turns, and combos in the center of the room or across the floor. Jazz continue to enable the dancers who are already confident by pushing them to the next level of their dance or helping our shy dancers find the assurance they need to know it is OK to be expressive both in the classroom and on the stage. -  Just remember the amount of fun you had when you were little and put on your first pair of tap shoes. Tapping all over the house......and getting in trouble for being to loud or scrapping the floors, but loving the simple joy and amazement of the sounds that came from the bottoms of your shoes. Can you image seeing the look on your little ones face when she puts her shoes and makes the same sounds for the first time? Now it's her turn to have the joy and amazement of her first tap shoes. Working on rhythms, beats, counts, all while being creative and making new friends.  I, hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release and hold harmless from liability the Major Productions Studio of Dance (Tracy & Sam Stratman), its trustees, agents, independent contractors, any instructors associated with its programs from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, know or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from participation in the Major Productions Studio of Dance (Tracy & Sam Stratman) classes, performances, parades, etc. This LIABILITY DISCLAIMER will also cover Sarasota County School District, Manatee County School District, Manatee Charter, and Imagine Schools, any and all locations that Major Productions Studio of Dance (Tracy & Sam Stratman) holds performances and/or rehearsals, any of their staff, assistants, or volunteers. I understand that attending a dance class or performance involves participation in physical activities. With this and all dance related activities, there is a certain element of risk. By accepting this waiver, I assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation. This waiver applies to any and all dance classes and performances offered by the Major Productions Studio of Dance (Tracy & Sam Stratman)                   I understand that this Release from Liability irrevocably and unconditionally releases and holds harmless Major Productions Studio of Dance (Tracy & Sam Stratman), its trustees, agents, independent contractors, and any instructors associated with its programs, from any financial liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life the participant may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of the above events.   In case of an emergency, I understand that an effort will be made to contact me at the phone numbers recorded in my child’s Emergency Contact form. I understand that I am obligated to contact Major Productions Studio of Dance to update my contact information if those numbers change. I hereby give my permission to the physician selected by the teacher in charge to secure proper treatment including hospitalization, anesthesia, surgery, or injection of medications for my child.  I grant Major Productions Studio of Dance permission to make video, film, photographs and any other images of me or my child’s involvement at Major Productions Studio of Dance activities for promotional purposes without compensation to me or my child. Pictures can be used but limited to, our web site, Facebook, marketing, etc My name is Tracy Stratman. I am the owner/director of Major Productions Studio of Dance. I began dancing when I was 3 for a local dance studio in Fort Wayne, Indiana. With my progressions at that local studio I began attending dance competitions at the age of 6. It was always a lifelong dream of mine to open a dance studio one day.
