Magic One was founded in 2005 with our first Interior Magic Franchise, offering Interiors, Wheels, Windshields, Headlights and Automotive Detailing. Staying true to our mission, we expanded the Magic One brand to include Magic One Automotive Reconditioning Solutions (A.R.S.) and began offering our customers Mobile Paint Repair/Refinishing and Paintless Dent Removal (PDR). Working with our customers, we have developed a full line of cosmetic reconditioning services that allow dealers to sell vehicles faster and at a higher profit. These services allow Magic One to stand out from our competitors because we offer: With over 20 years of experience in the automotive reconditioning industry, Magic One is staffed with over 170 skilled employees in multiple locations throughout the Southeast. Our professional team of qualified technicians works quickly and efficiently to restore vehicles back to their original factory finish. We are EPA and OSHA compliant. Our Mobile Paint Repair provides an alternative solution to traditional body shop methods for minor collision repair and paint damage. In 2005, Magic One acquired the local franchise for Interior Magic International Inc., a complete interior reconditioning company. Interior Magic has more than 40 franchises in 17 states and is recognized in Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the top 500 franchises in the US for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. It was ranked as the number one “automotive reconditioning franchise” in Opportunity World Magazine in 2009. Our certified technicians provide the highest quality work for cigarette burn repair, leather repair, stain removal, alloy wheel repair, windshield chip repair, carpet dying, vinyl repair, odor removal, headlight restoration and more. Magic Finish, a division of Interior Magic Inc., offers full detailing services to new and used automotive dealerships. With more than 50 detail employees, we have interior and exterior services that follow a comprehensive checklist to deliver a quality product. “Quality First. Our vision is to provide all team members with the highest level of support, career guidance and continuous technical training necessary for them to perfect their craft, form a dedication to quality and achieve excellence. We are the next level of leadership, actively contributing to the company’s culture, investing in the development of people, while supporting the company’s Mission. People are our business and we aim to add value to our customers, our team members and the communities we serve. The Impact Training Program is a part of the overall training experience provided to all route technicians beginning a new career with Magic One.  Once you have completed the hands on technical training, you will participate in three weeks of field training with an Impact Trainer. During these three weeks, you will learn Magic One policies, procedures and processes to successfully function in a route setting.  Impact Trainers will assist in both technical enhancement, as well as, how to interact with our customers.  We take pride in providing excellent customer service and we help you understand that taking care of our customers is our number one goal. Our Impact Program teaches you everything you need to know to be successful and have a great career in the automotive reconditioning business. Upon completion of Impact Training our technicians are fully prepared to take on most anything in the field. They have the confidence and the know how to make an immediate IMPACT on their career. Even though the Impact Program is only three weeks, the relationship with an Impact Trainer continues throughout the technician’s career. With a focus on knowing the business from the ground up, Mike has received training and certification in Interiors, Wheels and PDR. In 2005, he and George Roberts formed Magic One and started their first Interior Magic franchise, which has grown from Charlotte, NC to eastern Tennessee, central Florida and South Carolina. In 2009, along with fellow partners they formed Magic One ARS to offer their customers complete Automotive Reconditioning Solutions. Mike Brice has been an Operating Partner with Magic One Inc. since 2009, but prior to that he owned and operated Brice Unlimited for 24 years. He is Master Certified in Paint Product Training with Sherwin Williams, Dupont, Sikkens and Lesonal. With over 10 years of experience in the automotive reconditioning services industry, Wes is responsible for leading the Magic One Florida team in business sales and increasing customer loyalty.
