Magesco, Inc. was incorporated on February 17, 1987. Magesco, Inc., is an electrical contracting, engineering and management consulting company providing high quality services to Federal, State, commercial and industrial customers in South Florida primarily, the rest of the country as well as abroad. These services include both the installation and maintenance of Intelligent Traffic Systems, security systems, fire protection systems and power supply systems. In addition, we have assisted clients with the evaluation of alternative power generation technologies. Mr. Gauthier, Magesco, Inc.’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, is an electrical engineer with twenty-four years of relevant experience. As an engineer with a world-renowned architect-engineer (A/E) firm based in the Midwest; he helped to design electrical systems of many power plants. In the early eighties, Mr. Gauthier, as the owner and manager of his small Chicago-based electrical contracting company, also acquired extensive hands-on experience as a licensed electrician. This combination of theoretical and practical skills greatly facilitates the delivery of solutions that consistently exceed customer expectations. Rilck Noel, Magesco, Inc.’s Chief Operating Officer, is a thermo-mechanical engineer with a Master of Management degree in finance and information systems from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of Illinois. He has over 25 years of experience developing and delivering engineering, performance improvement, telecommunications and technology solutions to energy and utility clients all over the globe. Prior to joining Magesco, Rilck was an executive at several management consulting firms and at a major technology company. For example, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen and a VP and Global Managing Director at Verizon. He has also worked at two major utilities in the US building and modifying power plants and improving company performance. Today, Magesco, Inc. has employed over fifteen personnel and has ever-increasing annual revenue in the millions of dollars. Its ever expanding list of customers included include: the FAA, Miami International Airport, Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department, Miami Dade County Public Schools, Marriotts, and Jackson Memorial Hospital.
