Who We Are We use República del Cacao Chocolates exclusively at MadLab. República del Cacao is produced in Quito, Ecuador and uses only Latin American ingredients. All ingredients are grown by independent farmers and small cooperatives across Latin America. They believe in paying farmers fair prices for their products. They build relationships with their suppliers and local farmers to protect and develop the skills to produce the finest cacao. This cacao variety and close relationship allows República del Cacao to produce high quality chocolate.
