As a result she decided to open her own shop in her home town of Hialeah. On January 16th, 2006, the doors of Madelyn’s Cakes were opened to the public where she along with her mom and her talented staff continue to create amazing cakes that not only are delicious but also originally beautiful. Madelyn’s cakes are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients and with love.
