Madeline Rousseau Madeline Rousseau, Broker Associate, is a highly qualified real estate professional with many years of experience. Born in New York but raised in Ft. Lauderdale, she calls Florida home. She moved to Marion County in 1985 and obtained a BA in Psychology with a minor in Social Welfare from UCF — a degree which serves her well every day in real estate. Madeline obtained her real estate license in 2009 when the market turned difficult and buyers and homeowners especially needed the most help. She learned real estate the hard way and specialized in residential short sales at that time. She handles residential real estate but also has extensive experience with rentals, new construction, vacant land and commercial real estate. Madeline LOVES what she does and enjoys helping sellers sell their homes and matching buyers to their dream homes. She finds it very rewarding and her clients often end up becoming her friends. In 2014, she decided to obtain a broker’s license, and, just recently, decided to make a major life change by moving to downtown Harbour Island, Tampa to pursue her dream of a real estate career with Sellstate Millennium Realty.
