I started Mackmin Financial Group, LLC over 20 years ago, and it has truly been a rewarding decision. I learned early in my career that I enjoyed working with people as well as developing lasting relationships. I have always been taught that when faced with a problem, there is always a solution. I have chosen to be a part of that solution. Helping clients plan for their financial success in retirement is important to me as well as helping them protect their assets for all of life’s big unknowns. I believe growing your wealth should be accompanied with a strong defensive plan to safeguard your investments, adding a focus on tax efficiency and legacy planning. By building upon these principles at the foundation, my clients can grow their portfolio knowing that will be able to use their accumulated wealth at retirement. I am devoted to unique asset protection techniques, retirement income options, tax-free income and educating my clientele. My clients, which range from individuals and families to business owners, value my philosophy of facilitating their ability to make well informed decisions by keeping things simple, straight forward and clear. They also appreciate the flexibility of meeting in the comfort of their own home, place of business, or one of three Mackmin Financial Group office locations. I also never set net worth standards on my clients as other financial advisors do. No matter the amount, it’s your money, and you’ve worked hard for it! Each and every client is equally important to me. When I am not working, I enjoy volunteering my time with youth groups, helping the future America build a firm foundation for life. I am passionate about animals, spending many hours with my dog, Bo. I also enjoy activities such as golf, paddle boarding, fishing and almost anything that involves being on the water. I was born and raised in Michigan and am a huge Detroit sports fan: Tigers, Red Wings, Pistons, and Lions (yes, I said Lions).
