Mr. Clifford Graham founded Jacksonville Paper Company in 1919. In 1965, two of his sons, Frank and Tom, founded Mac Papers. They believed that success is achieved by offering unsurpassed expertise, a wide array of products from best-in-class suppliers and personal service to all customers. More than 50 years later, the McGehee family and the same uncompromising values remain at the heart of the company. The second generation of Sutton, David and Mac McGehee lead today’s Mac Papers and five members of the third generation are poised to carry the traditions into the future. In the early days, our slogan was “paper is all we do.” Much has changed since then and while we remain committed to being the most valued and respected paper merchant, Mac Papers has diversified its core business. The supply chain and logistics expertise gained from success in the paper industry allowed Mac Papers to invest in new lines of business that better serve existing customers and meet the needs of new ones.
