is the owner/operator of MAC Alternative Therapies, Inc. since 1999 and has been active in the field of natural health and helping patients achieve their individual health & body goals for  30 years. Mark has been helping his patients ease the pain and discomfort, whether it arises from injury or from simply being active or pain from over-activity. His experience ranges from working with individuals who have been severely injured and restricted to a wheelchair, to professional athletes & triathletes, as well as everything between. The style of my work tends to lean towards nutrition and muscle testing, Strengthening, Neuromuscular Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, ETPS,  Myofascial Release, sports, orthopedic, and 'treatment' massage. Each treatment is individualized to the patients needs and combining the many therapies he has  learned over 30 years. He has worked alongside many physicians, helping people achieve relief from pain, postural awareness, and optimal performance in their sports. Mark is an avid recreational athlete; He provides a safe environment in the healing process. He helps his clients learn more about their own bodies, as well as help reconnect the mind with the body, which ultimately improves health, focus, performance, and quality of life.
