Gibbons, Dennis Serras and Dieter Boehm joined in a common purpose of developing distinctive upscale fine dining restaurants that stand out in each community for their landmark locations, memorable facilities and exceptional dining experiences. MSV also seeks to enhance the communities in which each restaurant operates, and cumulatively provides over $50,000 in scholarships to employees annually and contributes over $2,000,000 per year to various local community charities.
