Through the identification of the customer’s core needs and the sharing of goals, alliance partnerships offer the most cost-efficient option to complement or supplement in-house resources.
An alliance relationship is formed on the concept of trust and open communication in order to realize the benefits of a long-term contractor workforce and management team. Our long term relationships and shared program objectives provide a means to collaborate and improve the pre-planning, planning, engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance processes. MJE’s early involvement and timely incorporation of our construction experts into their projects reduces project cost, shortens schedules, improves quality and safety, and enhances the management of risk.
As an added value to our customers, MJE established a Program Management Organization that acts as an extension of our customer’s staff to develop processes, procedures, and systems in order to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
