She utilizes a holistic approach to Reiki , bodywork and health coaching, encompassing the body mind and spirit. Utilizing her knowledge, experience and education she provides a professional approach for each unique individual to help them attain their highest health. I’ve work in hospitals and health care facilities in the delivery of health services and managed a private practice. I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and helping others to achieve their dreams as well. I’m adept at guiding people see their lives differently to reduce or eliminate health challenging stress and compromised living. I’ve created several successful businesses, Lynne Donahue Wellness, Sarasota, FL; Fresh Plate Health, Holistic Wellness Center, East Greenwich RI and Seaside Consulting Inc. a consulting firm that helped organizations to improve the health and vitality of many communities around the county. I’ve overcome major chronic illnesses and life challenges, learned how to feel good as I age, live my life passionately and have time to explore, travel and enjoy life.
