Yoga from the Heart is a premier yoga studio founded by renowned teacher, Lynn Burgess. We offer group classes, private instruction, workshops, teacher training, retreats and offsite classes. Our studio provides a peaceful, welcoming environment for those who wish to learn and practice yoga. We hear over and over again that people come to Yoga from the Heart to Yoga from the Heart provides all of the props necessary to practice various poses and offers classes for all levels. Our class schedule is designed around the times that our students have found to be the most convenient for them. We regularly evaluate the schedule and add new classes based on student preference. We are located 4 blocks north of Proctor (The Landings). Turn right at The Statue Place onto Pine Terrace. Yoga from the Heart is the first driveway on the right.
