Lyndie has worked as a full time REALTOR in Tampa Bay since 2005. As a native of the Tampa Bay area, she has an in-depth knowledge of the market, which she uses to help her clients find the area and neighborhood that best suits their needs. Working as a private investigator and process server, Lyndie worked closely with many Tampa Bay area attorneys.  During that time, she learned the importance of the details and documentation.  She took that detail oriented mindset and began a career in radio, scheduling and producing commercials.  Working with advertising customers taught Lyndie the importance of listening to clients, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their goals. After starting a family, Lyndie decided it was time for a career change.  In 2005, she took all the knowledge that she had gained and used it to begin her new career as a real estate agent with Prudential Tropical Realty.  She quickly became a multi-million dollar producer and achieved many award winning successes, including being inducted into the Prudential Honor Society (top 10% of Prudential agents nationwide) and after Prudential transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Lyndie went on to earn the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Leading Edge Society award (top 7% of BHHS agents nationwide).  During that time, Lyndie worked with many banks negotiating short sales and serving as a Fannie Mae foreclosure agent.  Today, Lyndie chooses to focus on individual buyers and sellers in the North Hillsborough and Central/East Pasco areas (Northdale, Carrollwood, Lake Magdalene, Odessa, Trinity, Lutz, Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel)  Lyndie also serves as an active board member with the Central Pasco Association of Realtors. This is the second time we have used Lyndie House as our realtor, and the 3rd transaction that she's been involved in. Lyndie was initially the sellers agent for a house we bought many years ago and was way more helpful than our agent at the time. We used her to sell that house when we moved out of town and we she just helped us purchase our current house after moving back to town. She is very knowledgable in what she does. She always works hard for her clients, yet keeps it honest when it's time for decisions. Even after closing she's working hard on a few issues that have come up.
