In 2012 Matthew started LWR Property Maintenance servicing back properties (pre foreclosure and foreclosure houses) Building a Stronger Company In 2015 we noticed a slight decrease in bank properties so we started to open up for residential accounts. Our residential side of our business has grown far bigger and far faster then we had imagined at this point.
