My name is Lexi Ginsburg. I'm 16 years old and a Sophomore in high school at Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, Florida. I run cross country and play lacrosse, I'm also a state champion in DECA. I started Luv by Lex to help the community. Luv by Lex is a "One for One" style business. For every blanket purchased, one gets donated to JAFCO. Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options mission is to care for abused and neglected children and those with developmental disabilities in the Jewish community while working in partnership with families and the entire community. JAFCO provides a full continuum of high-quality services including foster care, adoption, family preservation, mentoring, independent living and developmental disability programs. The JAFCO Children’s Village, consisting of an Emergency Shelter and Six Group Homes, is one of the most unique and innovative programs in the nation. The JAFCO Children’s Ability Center supports families raising children with developmental disabilities by providing family enrichment, resources, and respite care all within one state-of-the-art center. JAFCO recently became officially licensed as a Foster Care and Adoption Agency in PA and our Philadelphia office is providing family preservation services to families in the Northeast Communities…giving every child a place to belong.
