I’ve been an RN for 34 years and recently obtained my Reiki Master Certification. I’ve completed course in Yoga Nidra, meditation and mudras, Yin Yoga and children’s yoga. I’m also a SilverSneakers FLEX instructor and offer classes for those who have this benefit. My yoga training continues through practice and workshops and my continued dedication to living yoga on and off the mat. I believe everyone can practice yoga and my aim is to help you to believe and begin your own yoga journey.
