Last week I talked about what the Freedom of Time can look like for a real estate professional. This week I want to make you aware of the natural rhythms of our business that occur over the course of a year.
This awareness is the basis for knowing when to take time off for yourself and when to focus on the business when the opportunity presents itself.
Our founder Chris McAllister has tracked his personal productivity, and the productivity of his agents, for several years now
, He knows exactly when an agent needs to be ‘in’ the business, working ‘on’ my business, and when they need to be focused on recovery and rejuvenation - so they can go out and do it all over again.
In September I will talk about The On-The-Business season when planning for next year happens.
