I will help you set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change. Fitness has been an important part of my life for 30 years. A component of that has been mixing up my workout routine to help increase strength and endurance. As apart of this philosophy I recently attended a Yoga class at Synergy instructed by Leda Pérez. What an awesome experience. Leda has the ability to connect with her students as well as guide you thru the proper form and technique to use while working thru her class. LPC partnership’s has jump started my path to a healthier life and I have Leda Pérez to thank for that. You’re amazing Leda. Thank you for all your help and guidance. Leda is a highly experienced Health Coach with a genuine passion to help others gain insight to learn healthy habits and achieve positive lifestyle goals.
