we are here to help I have Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as more than 10 years of experience working with clients from many walks of life in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Writing is one of my great passions, and I am a published author in The Qualitative Review, one of the most highly-regarded academic journal in my field. As a lifelong learner myself, I served as the clinical liaison for Nova Southeastern University’s graduate program in Marriage and Family Therapy in Orlando, FL. While there, I helped neophyte clinicians learn to be great therapists. I am licensed to practice in both Florida and NC, and attained a post-doctoral certification in clinical hypnotherapy. A native North Carolinian, I closed my busy practice in Orlando to return to my family and my home state. While in Florida, I catered to high-profile clients including professional athletes, elected officials and performers. I love to provide individual, couples and group therapy to individuals who are ready to embrace change and begin the lives they deserve.
