Petri is focused on delivering value to our customers with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Like the rest of us, he is passionate about delivering great customer service. Ida leads the day-to-day operations. Over the last 20 years she played key roles in operations, marketing, sales, finance, and human resources within companies ranging from small startups to large, multinational companies. A hands-on leader, she enjoys working side-by-side with team members to find more ways to better serve our customers. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School & a BSEE from Georgia Tech. V.P. Business Development Rick brings over 20 years’ experience developing & executing business development, sales and channel partnership strategies. He is passionate about listening to and helping his customers grow their businesses. He is focused on developing long-term relationships instead of conducting short-term sales. He holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.
