LCSI has qualified & experienced safety specialists located throughout the states of Florida & New Jersey enabling us to provide quality inspections & timely service. Loss Control Surveys was founded by Gerald W. Gagliardo in 1980 after having gone through extensive training and schooling in loss prevention, insurance safety and business management while in the employ of Commercial Union Insurance Company.
