LORL Staffing is the creation of a group of good people who have spent a lifetime helping people. From volunteering for Christmas Toy Drives, leading Girl Scouts, coaching Youth Sports, and caring for friends of our children, our team has always been dedicated to making a difference. After working in industry for the past 30+ years, we all got together over a really good cup of coffee (Jeanie had tea), and started discussing the possibility of helping people locate talented employees. Then Ken said that it would be great if we could help people who were looking for jobs like veterans, single parents, students in college or high school, or other good people who just can't find that perfect job. Of course Phil added that we would absolutely want to help the people in other ways like providing training and consulting. Michele liked the idea that we would offer support to small businesses by providing Human Resources services. We all agreed with these ideas and 2 months later LORL Enterprises and LORL Staffing were born. In LORL Enterprises we employ people and have some fun. We donate time and money through LORL Enterprises. At LORL Staffing we help people by providing services that other staffing companies just can't. We have industry leaders in each skill providing training for our clients, employers, and job seekers. And we absolutely love what we do!
