After the motel went out of business. Luther and Norma McLeod ran a mobile home sales office on site. After 20 years of excellent service, they decided to retire. At that time their son, Marc, opened his own company, Loren Development. It was started in 2000. As a certified general contractor, Marc and Krista McLeod run a business based on the same principles and values his parents started years ago.
