About Looking Glass Home Watch From 2004 through 2008 Alan was a successful Realtor with a local real estate company. However in 2008 he received an offer too good to pass up, and he and his wife Lily moved to Yokohama Japan. This would be their home for the next 8 years. It would also be where they learned the value of a good home watch company. After too many restless nights worried about their largest investment, it became clear they needed someone local whom they could trust with their home. In 2016 they had a second home built on the West Central coast of Florida in Citrus County. Now the worry was double as both homes were vacant. In the spring of 2017 Alan and Lily returned to the West Coast to live full time. This is when they decided to open their own Home Watch Company. After spending 8 years knowing what they wanted for their vacant homes it was an easy transition to the Home Watch Industry. Alan intends to use his vast experience in the military and real estate to care for each of his absentee client’s home like it was his own.
