Rick's professional experience includes over 29 years in the wireless communications industry. The past 17 years have been focused on Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Rick has been heavily involved in technical sales, engineering services, system deployment, customer support, and business development. He has successfully and repeatedly developed cohesive technical sales, systems design, and implementation organizations focused on wireless communications opportunities. Rick has conducted business globally, having deployed nationwide wireless networks on three continents (North America, South America, and Asia) and holding positions throughout the US and Mainland China. In early 2002 Rick formed Longent LLC to capitalize on an under-served, yet rapidly growing wireless opportunity which includes design and deployment of Distributed Antenna Systems. At Longent, Rick has lead a rapidly growing organization which provides engineering, implementation, and systems management services to all of the major wireless operators and a multitude of end user customers. Rick has developed strong working relationships with leading equipment vendors including Corning, Commscope, ADRF, and SOLiD. Rick is an international presenter on Cellular, PCS, and Advanced Messaging Systems. Mr. Youngbar has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and has completed post graduate business course work at Florida International University. Since joining Longent in January 2004, Jeffrey has been providing overall technical support and guidance for Longent’s projects. He also has the responsibility of keeping abreast of all technology developments in the wireless industry. Prior to joining Longent, he was retained by LGC wireless to develop a comprehensive acceptance test plan and evaluate contractual milestone compliance for deployments of Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems serving JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark International airports. He further designed and managed the implementation of several additional terminal buildings at JFK and LaGuardia airports. Jeffrey was the founder and CEO of Lingo Corporation. Lingo was created to market and distribute a new wireless voice messaging service using InFLEXion based protocol services from Motorola. He successfully developed and grew ground-level organization with key staffing in Sales / Marketing, Engineering, and Finance and engaged capital markets for first round funding requirements. Prior to forming his own company, he was System Quality Manager for Conxus Communications Inc. and was responsible for quality assurance and system integration of a nationwide wireless messaging network. At Conxus he developed statistically significant test methodologies for field evaluation of a wireless voice system, allowing Conxus to be the only company capable of using measured performance data as feedback to the design software. Travis joined Longent in 2004 as a DAS Engineer. His role is to manage distributed antenna system (DAS) projects from design through implementation. Over the last ten years, Travis has successfully designed and implemented DAS projects for Longent's customers throughout the U.S. His past projects include hospitals, hotels, offices, university campuses, retail stores, factories, and warehouses. He works with the major wireless carriers on a daily basis. Travis received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1996 and his Masters of Business Administration in 2001, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
