He is a Detroit native and moved to Orlando to attend the University Central Florida – his alma mater. Keal graduated from UCF with a degree in finance and a minor from the DeVos Sports Business Management program. His experience started in the banking world, working in enterprise information systems and investment banking at Suntrust (Atlanta) and Sumitomo Trust (NYC), respectively. He has also held sports marketing positions at UCF Athletics and the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Keal has a dream to open a local community center for innovation, and with a signed NDA he will tell you more about it! Before LOBA, he worked as the head of marketing and branding at Insurance Office of America (IOA). Keal helped the organization develop their brand experience, identified scalable opportunities for improvement, and worked on partnerships with the Magic, Jaguars, Raiders, Hornets, Wizards, Capitals, Lightning and many other teams. A native to Orlando, Dustin is a hometown young professional looking to serve the business leaders of tomorrow. He graduated from UCF with a degree in finance, and spent time working in the luxury real estate and custom home construction business. Dustin strives every day to learn new business operations, as he one day would like to be a serial entrepreneur. He is very competitive, played college basketball, and enjoys finding ways to continuously improve our clients’ advantages in the marketplace. He will call it how he sees it! Dustin has experience in researching, evaluating and identifying areas of scalable growth in business operations. A native of Merritt Island, Brinley is passionate about helping businesses build brand loyalty through their client experience. She oversees client content generation and has a talent for helping people organize their brand message. Brinley graduated from UCF with a degree in Communications and Marketing. Previous to Loba Creative, she worked for a local creative agency as their Jr. Project Coordinator. Brinley stayed very active in school interning for Hubbard Broadcasting in Chicago, Illinois and locally with the Orlando Sports Medicine Group. During her time in these roles she focused on writing, creating content, promotions and marketing campaigns. Outside of the office, Brinley spends time with her dog Ruka, her family on the coast and fixing up her recently purchased house. Brinley joined Loba Creative in July of 2016. © 2018 Loba Creative.
