Our mission is safety above all else. During the spring of 2015, Glenn joined the Versa team as the Corporate NDT Level III and Quality Director. At the end of 2016, Mr. Malbrue led the effort that culminated in Versa becoming an ISO 9001 Certified Company. Don Meyer embodies a determined, dedicated, and passionate individual with years of experience in managing and implementing Mechanical Integrity and RBI programs. Don’s tenure began in 1985 in the US Army where he reached positions as a Company Level Motor Sergeant and Brigade Level Safety NCO in the United States Army and Texas National Guard before retiring in 2007. Simultaneously, Don held a position as Senior Project Manager for Capstone Engineering Services, Inc. where his duties included managing, consulting, auditing, and training onsite and offsite support of reliability-based Mechanical Integrity programs. Additionally, Don’s special emphasis regarded RBMI software implementation and management. In 2007, Capstone Engineering Services, Inc. was acquired by Lloyd’s Register Energy Americas, Inc. where Don continued in his Senior Project Manager capacity until 2014. Upon leaving Lloyd’s Register, Don became Vice President of Operations for VisualAIM LLC and was responsible for planning and coordinating operations to develop new business and strategic partnerships in the energy/oil and gas industries. Finally, in 2016, Don arrived at Versa Integrity Group where his years of experience in Mechanical Integrity programs, project management, and leadership roles have become indispensable to our continued growth. Versa Integrity Group pulls from his Mechanical Integrity, reliability, RBI, and PSM project management experience to support, plan, and implement turnarounds and related projects in the asset integrity management area of our business. Don is more than an employee. Don is a champion for Versa Integrity Group and for the great charities he participates in. Versa has provided many years of inspection support and has a strong and trusted relationship with the Phillips 66 LCMC facility today. Together we have shared many successes.
