We take a holistic approach to treatment. We understand that addictions are more than the drug or alcohol of choice and utilize mind, body, and spiritual elements to provide an enhanced recovery program for each individual. We recognize that every person is faced with unique circumstances and that one therapy program does not fit all. Harry A Steinmeyer, III, PsyD, LCSW, served his country for four years in the US army; one year stateside, one in Viet Nam and two in Berlin, Germany. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and his graduate level degrees from University of Alabama and the Southern California University for Professional Studies. Multiple areas of special studies have been completed, including in-depth unified mindfulness meditations and post graduate work at several universities. With over 40 years’ experience as a therapist, coach and business consultant, an eclectic philosophy has been developed—underpinning a deep understanding of the human condition with its suffering and joys. Dr. Steinmeyer brings together several successful, contemporary, and theoretical perspectives which will help in identifying the methods that can be best used to help our clients achieve their most dearly held purpose in their lives.
