We are the ultimate production destination in Miami, Florida featuring a unique daylight studio complex situated on 71st Street, three blocks west of Biscayne Boulevard. 10,000 sq ft of studios on an acre of open land close to Midtown Miami. An original 1880’s wood barn, two 1920’s Beach Cottages and a Beach House situated on sand with palms. A North light studio with white wooden floors, contemporary furniture. Spacious courtyard with three sided cabana sets on wheels, outdoor cyc. The Shark studio is large with an infinity cove and 14th ceilings, cement floors and walls. We are very private, air conditioned, providing Internet throughout the property and free parking. We book the studio in half day (5 hour) and full day (10 hour) increments. Hours of operation are sunup to sundown. We cater to specific client hourly requests on a project to project basis. Little River Studios may require a deposit and requires payment in full at the end of the shoot day by company, personal or travelers checks, direct deposit or wire transfer by previous arrangement or of course CASH. Confirmed bookings are subject to cancellation fees as follows. 24 hours notice will be charged full rate. 48 hour notice will be charged half rate. Little River Studios does not provide any insurance for your production, liabilities or goods. Little River Studios requires a “Certificate of Liability Insurance” naming LITTLE RIVER STUDIOS MGT LLC and BROWN FAMILY PROPERTIES LLC as additionally insured and “Certificate Holder” for the minimum amount of one million US dollars. Little River Studios has a fully equipped custom production RV available. Includes production friendly driver, generators, styling kit, WIFI, and unlimited coffee. Little River Studios clients include Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, William Sonoma, Abercrombie and Fitch, Reebok and Gap Babies, Italian and French Vogue, People magazine, Sports illustrated, Marie Claire and Vanity Fair to name a few.
