Our routines include experiences in a classroom filled with developmentally appropriate manipulatives and materials that enhance each developmental stage. Our toddler program embraces our busy little learners and focus their energy into learning experiences that will help them grow and learn in a nurturing environment. Lesson plans are customized to the unique needs and strengths of the children. We also have collaborative learning in a comprehensive program focused on the cognitive, language, physical, social and emotional development. Our Philosophy WWJD Youth Outreach Ministry, Inc., a nonprofit organization, was established in 1998 in the home of Rev. Hazel and Lonnie Young. In 2013, the Little Leaders Learning Academy was established to provide a stimulating and safe environment for children in the community. It provides a fun, affordable alternative daycare with the best quality you can find in the area. We seek to stimulate and develop children’s problem-solving and reactive thinking skills through staff and child directed activities in our daily agenda. As the old African proverb states, “it takes a village to raise a child’, we too recognize that we need the support of our local community including businesses, churches, organizations, and committed individuals such as you, to help provide the basic needs of our children. Small Class that provide educational childcare filled with instruction and fun. Our facility offers an environment that is safe, clean and nurturing. We also provide transportation services. Our teachers are trained, experienced specialists who focus on the overall development of your child. Our curriculum combines the strongest elements of early childhood research. Here at LLLA we are involved in church and love kids. Our most loving teachers come to work in our family environment.
