An upcoming role for the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) is supporting another in making transition, whether it is from a job to retirement, divorce or death, relocation from state to state, moving from the familiar into an assisted living facility or moving in with children. There can also be health or general life issues. In any event, the CSA has the experience and background to coach the person in need of such services. In addition to being experienced, the CSA understands, is empathetic , has a willingness to listen, and can offer suggestions and options to accomplish the goal. It is all about caring! Otherwise, the CSA would not spend the time and effort in help another person. The goal is to promote transition with the least amount of stress and anxiety and reach a positive outcome.
