Lister Builders, LLC. Lister Builders has been in business over 30 years, specializing in custom home construction. In the sense of being truly custom, we have taken our owner's ideas, photos, and past experiences to design and build their own custom home. We are also involved in light commercial construction and have built several office buildings, commercial stores, church buildings, restaurants, and warehouses. We have a remodeling arm as well, where we offer full service remodeling. We offer several types of construction including traditional wood framing, ICF wall construction, and metal buildings.
