Tim Rios, Chief Learning Officer at The Lipsey Company, began his career with a boutique brokerage firm in Utah honing in on land sales in 1995. In 1998, Tim joined a national brokerage firm as their Research Service Manager overseeing their Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas Offices. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in investment sales and executive management spanning a region from Chicago to the Inland Northwest. Tim and his teams have closed over $1.5 billion in total consideration across 13 states.
