OUR SERVICES & DESIGN PHILOSOPHY Lioness Golf Inc. has branches in Wildenbruch (Berlin) and in Florida, (USA). Our team of experienced landscape architects and certified golf course architects has been providing planning and design services since 1998 in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas. The combined skills of our professional designers, landscape architects and engineers, horticulturists and construction specialists enable us to provide complete services for projects of exceptionally high quality. We collaborate with a network of specialists to create site-specific solutions that are market-oriented and aimed at long-term financial success in specific geographic, environmental and climatic conditions. We are able to serve our clients in all project stages from the initial selection of the site to the marketing of the completed development. Land use master planning, landscape architecture, suitable and economic construction practices, long-term maintenance and ecological and environmental compatibility considerations are all integral to our work. We emphasize harmony in the interrelationship between all elements of a proposed project in order to optimize a site’s potential and the client’s long-term financial success. Our designs are market-oriented and range from simpler beginner’s courses to more elaborate championship courses suitable for television broadcasts. We strive for high aesthetics in each individual element as well as in the overall ambience of our projects, including attendant real estate developments and country club facilities. Due to the personal mentoring of our design principle Bettina Schrickel by renowned American golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., we are able to create golf courses of similar quality to so-called “signature courses” for considerably lesser fees.
