As a young entrepreneur Alejandro Bonet started working in real estate investment a year before graduating from a double major in Marketing and Management from the University of Miami in 2006. After successfully dedicating a few years of his career to real estate investment, Alejandro Bonet realized that there was a need in the market for a fully integrated interior designs and custom construction company; a company that would have the capacity to oversee a project from beginning to end, from conceptualization to turn key, all under the same management and at competitive prices. In early 2008 Alejandro Bonet joined forces with renowned art designer Dominique Bonet with a clear goal in mind: to penetrate the high-end market by offering superior designs and fully integrated construction services at competitive prices. In this new venture Alejandro Bonet would be in charge of coordinating the operation and the business development of the company, and Dominique Bonet would be in charge of leading the design team by doing what she does best, crafting beautiful and functional environments for upscale residential and commercial properties. Since its inception Lineaire Designs has been growing rapidly and has established itself as one of the leaders in the Interior Design and Custom Construction market in South Florida, engaging in hundreds of projects ranging from residential redevelopments, to large scale commercial and hospitality projects. Dominique Bonet grew up in Paris, France, but started her career in Caracas, Venezuela working with Franco Rubartelli, a famous Vogue Photographer. She later went on to co-found and co-lead Grupo 35, one of Venezuela’s most prestigious advertising agencies and production companies, considered the “Best Advertising Production Company of Venezuela” for 8 consecutive years. She worked as an art director and set designer, producing television commercials for clients such as Visa, MasterCard, Pepsi Co, Ford, Gap, and many others. Throughout her career, Dominique has won numerous national and international awards including Bronze Medal at the New York Film Festival for “Best Art Director” and Gold Medal for “Best Set Design” at the London International Advertising Award. In early 2008, Dominique embraced a new challenge by founding Lineaire Designs. Her vision for founding Lineaire Designs was to leverage her expertise in art direction/set design and sophisticated taste to penetrate the high-end interior design market.
