By simplifying these factors into a set of business principals, we derived a business proposition that resonated with owners.

Terri is the firm’s primary interface to its clients, managing all leasing activities. Terri’s industry background encompasses real estate, information technology and telecommunications. She has practiced residential leasing, property management and real estate photography. Before entering the real estate industry, Terri held product management positions at Visto and Compaq, as well as sales and customer retention roles at Bell Atlantic and Cellular One. She is a native Floridian and has lived in Sarasota since 2000. Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management with High Honors from Eckerd College.
Mark manages the day to day operations of the company. He has a broad industry background including residential property management, enterprise communications, online commerce, and information technology. Mark was a vice president at Vertical, a director at eBay, and a group manager at Compaq. He has directed product strategy, marketing, sales and support organizations, and has both domestic and global operating experience. Mark earned a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Aaron carries out property service and support activities for Lindsay Leasing. He handles property readiness, service requests, vendor dispatching, and general repair and maintenance. His facilities maintenance experience and customer service background adds an extra layer of support to our property portfolio. Before joining Lindsay Leasing, Aaron was in customer service, financial services sales, and was director of maintenance at a 112 unit assisted living facility. Aaron is a native Floridian and enjoys making homes more enjoyable.
